Originally built in 1909, the building was used as a storage warehouse for the Hudson's Bay Company. This building has a rich history and was Calgary’s first loft project.

The 1050sqft Calgary event space features soaring 13 ft ceilings, original exposed brick walls, fir beams and columns, and wooden slat ceiling. With custom wallpaper and the right amount of spunk, we promise this event venue in the Beltline to be one of a kind.

What is a dedicated desk?

It's your own desk that only you can use each day. You're also welcome to sit anywhere else in the space.

Will I be guaranteed a seat?

On a floating desk membership your seat may change, but there will always be a spot for you in our space. If you have a dedicated desk, that will be guaranteed for you.

How many people will be in the space?

Max 25 people.

Is there a kitchen?

We offer a full kitchen with fridge, air fryer & microwave for your healthy habits.

Is there a commitment?

We offer a renewable 3 month commitment.

What's a floating desk?

You can choose where to sit daily, on a first come serve basis, with the exception of the dedicated desks.

There is public parking behind & beside the building for your convenience.
